But soon it morphed into an "if anyone finds this" document that I planned to attach to a suicide note if I ever had to write one.

I started on 150mg of Wellbutrin XL and after 2 weeks was only feeling slightly better.
Wellbutrin can be taken with or without food. I started taking it after not having complete success with Paxil (which I still take40mg daily). It took a while to kick in but worked pretty well.
